新课改实施以来,学校普遍重视教师的继续教育,但民族地区教师的学习状况令人担忧。研究表明:目前黔南民族地区中学教师存在自修学习时间少、学习动力不足、学校用于教师学习的经费投入不足、教师学习评价机制不合理等诸多问题。因此,应该牢固树立以人为本的观念,提高教师的学习意识;发挥校长示范引领和组织领导作用,努力营造有利于学习的“气场”;调动教师学习内需,使学习成为生活习惯和生活方式;建立教师学习引领和知识共享机制;做好教师学习研修制度的顶层设计,为教师专业发展提供正能量,最终实现教师专业发展。
[ Abstract] Since the reform of new curriculum, most schools have attached importance to teachers' continuing education, whereas, teachers' learning in ethnic regions is unsatisfactory. The research shows that at present, there are problems in teachers' learning in Qiannan ethnic region such as lacking self-learning time, learning motivation, and funds for teachers' learning, as well as imperfect evaluation mechanism for teachers' learning. Therefore, we should uphold teacher-oriented concept to improve teachers' learning consciousnes; give full play to president's role of leading and organization to make efforts to create a learning atmosphere; stimulate teachers' learning initiative to make learning a part of their living habit and style; set up a guiding and knowledge sharing mechanism for teachers' learning; and make top-level design for teachers' learning system to provide positive energy for teachers' professional development.
