英文摘要：

In Web services selection, because the descriptions of user preferences is ambiguous and there exists mutual constraints among different QoS（ quality of service ） attributes values, this paper proposed a Web services selection strategy based on the combination weighting approach. First, it calculated the subjective QoS weights with fuzzy analytic hierarchy process （FAHP） and objective QoS weights with principal component analysis （PCA）. And then~ it obtained the integrated QoS weights with combination weighting approach （ CWA ） taking a comprehensive consideration of both subjective and objective QoS weights. Finally, it presented the comprehensive evaluation function for Web service. The function could confoml to user preferences and reflect the overall service performance more accurately. Experiments indicate the effectiveness of the approach.
