主要研究了粘滞阻尼减振技术在复杂工业振动问题中的分析方法及应用.对江苏省某化工厂房的随机冲击、非平稳、多频振动问题进行了动力测试和信号处理,采用相干函数及同源振动分析方法确定了振源及振动传递途径;并结合有限元技术对厂房结构进行了粘滞阻尼减振时程分析及现场改造.结果表明,相比加强结构刚度的传统减振方法,附加粘滞流体阻尼器的消能控制技术具有显著的减振效果,成为解决复杂工业振动问题的有效手段,可为类似工程提供借鉴和参考.
This paper mainly studies the analysis method and application of energy dissipation technology with viscous dampers in complex industrial vibration.The dynamic testing and signal processing of a chemical plant with stochastic shocks,non-stable and multi-frequency vibration in Jiangsu province have been taken;and the vibration sources and vibration transfer approaches have been determined by means of the coherence function and the homologous vibration analysis method.Combined with finite element technique,the viscous damping vibration reduction time-history analysis and on-site reconstruction of the plant structure have been done.The results show that the technology of energy dissipation with viscous dampers has an obvious effect compared with the traditional method of strengthening structure stiffness;and it is an effective means for solving complex industrial vibration so as to provide for reference and enlightenment for similar projects.
