腐蚀是燃气轮机涡轮叶片Y2O3稳定ZrO2(YSZ)热障涂层失效的主要原因。本文系统总结了YSZ热障涂层服役过程中面临的腐蚀环境:高温相变、烧结与氧化腐蚀,Na2SO4和V2O5熔盐腐蚀,以及熔融钙镁铝硅酸盐玻璃(CMAS)腐蚀。分析了YSZ热障涂层腐蚀机理,讨论了提高热障涂层抗腐蚀性能的理论和方法,指出了热障涂层抗腐蚀研究发展方向。
Thermal barrier coatings (TBCs) made of ZrO2 stabilized by Y203 (YSZ) are widely used in gas turbines to increase thermal barrier effect and turbine efficiency. In this work, the state-of-the-art of research on hot corrosion of YSZ was reviewed. YSZ was mainly attacked by high temperature, molten Na2SO4+V205 salt and molten CMAS glass in service. The hot corrosion mechanisms were analyzed. Theories and methods to improve the hot corrosion resistance were discussed. The approaches for developing corrosion-resistant TBCs were proposed.
