对于含瓦斯煤层实施钻屑法必须考虑瓦斯的影响。考虑瓦斯的影响和煤体损伤特性,经理论推导得到了含瓦斯煤层检测冲击地压的钻屑量指标,并结合阜新五龙矿的实际情况进行了验证。单位长度钻屑量危险指标与煤的密度成正比,与成孔直径的平方成正比,随弹性模量增大而减小,随抗压强度增大而增加。随瓦斯压力增大而增加,随孔隙增加而减小。
For the method of drilling bits in high-gas coalbed, the influence of gas must be taken into account. The target of drilling bits is deduced for high-gas coalbed, the influence of gas and damage of coal mass is considered in this paper. The target of drilling bits is in direct proportion to the density of coal and square of bore diameter; it decreases with the modulus of elasticity and porosity of coal, and it increases with the compression strength of coal and gas pressure. The result is verified by the practices of Wulong Mine.
