This paper presents a wireless intelligent security management system with the microcontroller MSP430F149 and the wireless transceiver nRF905 for the college students＇domitory. This system can be used for the real - time acquisition of dormitory safety information and transmit alarm to the monitoring center through the wireless communication module, achieving rapid and timely emergency information and process- ing. The whole system has such characterisitcs as simple communication protocol, reliable transmission, low power consumption and strong scalability.
