建设、勘察、设计、施工、监理、监测对建筑基坑工程安全管理有影响.这一结论虽然已得到学术界和实务界的普遍认可,然而一直以来都被默认为是成立的而没有得到任何证实.借鉴已有文献,提出关于建设、勘察、设计、施工、监理、监测与建设基坑工程安全管理这些变量之间路径的基本假设,并构建实证研究模型.运用结构方程模型方法对164份数据进行统计分析.研究结果表明,监测对于安全管理影响最大,施工次之,依次为勘察、监理、设计、建设等环节.最后,通过对研究结果的分析得出建筑基坑工程安全管理的对策和建议,即动态设计、动态施工、动态监测.
The construction,prospect,design, execution, supervision and monitor will have an effect on the safety manage- ment of building foundation pit engineering. Although this conclusion has been widely recognized in academic and practical circles, it has long been an established default which has not got any confirmation. Based on the existing literature for referenee, this paper first puts forward basic path assumptions among these variables, construction, prospect, design, execution, supervision, monitor and foundation pit engineering safety management, and builds an empirical research medel. And then it performs a statistical analysis on the 164 portions of data using structural equation model method and the results show that monitor is the biggest impact for safety management, followed by execution, prospect, supervision, design, construction etc. Finally, based on analysis of the research results, it is put forward some counter- measures and suggestions for building foundation pit engineering safety management, namely, dynamic design, dynamic construction and dynamic monitoring.
