目的:提出基于循证医学课程的医学生自主学习能力培养策略。方法:采用问卷调查法以及数理统计法分析医学生自主学习现状和自主学习倾向,结合循证证据分析法提出培养策略。结果:调查对象自主学习倾向的总平均3.4995分,创造学习这一维度达3.6534分。结论:建议教师通过培养学生发现学习需要、构建学习目标、确认与运用学习资源、实施学习策略和评价学习结果的能力提高医学生的自主学习能力。
Objectives: To find out strategies of training students' self-directed learning ability through the evidence-based approach. Methods:Questionnaire survey as well as statistical analysis method was used to investigate the status quo and readiness of self-directed learn- ing, and evidence-based analysis was used to propose strategies of training self-directed learning ability. Results: The total average score of medical students self-learning tendencies was 3.4995, with the score of creative learning ability reached 3.6554. Conclusion: Teachers are ad- vised to improve students' ability of identifying the learning need, establishing the learning objective, utihzing learning sources, implementing learning strategies, and self-evaluating learning outcomes, thus enhancing the self-directed learning ability.
