针对镁熔液第一气泡检测在工程应用中的诸多难点,采用DM642芯片构建的嵌入式图像处理系统平台,以西门子S7-200为控制单元,设计了DSP与PLC通信的接口电路,并利用均值滤波算法实现了镁熔液第一气泡的检测。实验结果表明:算法能成功的检测出第一气泡,并且算法检测到镁溶液第一气泡后,PLC能快速响应并根据程序输出,成功实现了DSP与PLC的通信,为图像处理应用于工业现场镁熔液含氢量实时检测提供了新的方案。
Aiming at many difficulties in engineering application for the detection of the first bubble in magnesium melt, an embedded image processing system platform based on DM642 was adapted. A control unit based on SIEMENS S7 - 200 was built at the same time, and the interface circuit of commu- nication between DSP and PLC was designed. In addition, the detection of the first bubble in magnesium melt was realized by algorithm of median filter. The experimental results indicated that the algorithm can successfully detect the first bubble, and after the first bubble was detected by the algorithm, PLC can respond quickly and output according to the program. Therefore, this design successfully realized the communication between DSP and PLC and pro- vided a new method for real time detection of hydrogen content in magnesium melt.
