通过各种热处理试验及焊后组织性能分析,研究了强度为600 MPa的TRIP钢板的性能不稳定性。结果表明,不同低温深冷处理后,TRIP600钢板中的残留奥氏体有向马氏体转变趋势;最佳焊接工艺下,冷处理TRIP钢板,焊接强度降低,可焊性变差,焊后力学性能有很大变化。
Performance instability of 600 MPa TRIP steel plate was studied by different heat treatment and microstructure and properties analysis after spot welding. The results show that, cryogenic treated at different temperatures, residual austenite of the TRIP600 steel plate has the trend of transforming into martensite. Under the optimal welding process, for the cryogenic treated TRIP steel, welding strength decreases and weldability deteriorates, meanwhile, mechanical properties are changed markedly after welding.
