Based on the principle of color measurement,the industrial online color recognition system has been designed by adopting white LED and combining the optical fiber technology and the latest digital computer technology.The functions of control and data processing of each module in system are completed by single chip computer,and the color tolerance function is added in hardware design.The experiments illustrate that the system features high accuracy,good stability,strong anti-interference capability and low cost,etc.,it meets the requirement of industrial online color measurement.
