偶联剂含量对植物纤维/高密度聚乙烯复合材料力学性能的影响

固定植物纤维和高密度聚乙烯比例为4:6,在一定挤出工艺条件下,制备植物纤雏/高密度聚乙烯复合材料,研究偶联剂含量对稻草/高密度聚乙烯复合材料和玉米秸秆/高密度聚乙烯复合材料力学性能的影响。结果表明:偶联剂质量分数为3%时,复合材料的弯曲强度较好,稻草/高密度聚乙烯的弯曲强度提高了50.92%,除去秸叶和秸穰的玉米秸秆/高密度聚乙烯的弯曲强度提高了66.69%;偶联剂质量分数为6%时,复合材料的拉伸强度较好,稻草/高密度聚乙烯的拉伸强度提高了19.44%,除去秸叶和秸穰的玉米秸秆/高密度聚乙烯复合材料的拉伸强度提高了35.18%。

英文摘要:

An experiment was conducted to make plant fiber/HDPE composites in terms of a fiber/HDPE ratio of 4:6 under proper extrusion techniques. The effects of coupling agent content on the mechanical properties of straw/HDPE composite and corn stalk/HDPE composite were studied. Results show that the bending strength is better when the coupling agent content is 3%, and the bending strengths of straw/HDPE composite and corn stalk/HDPE composite without leaves increase by 50.92% and 66.69%, respectively. The tensile strength is preferable at a coupling agent content of 6%, and tensile strengths of straw/ HDPE composite and corn stalk/HDPE composite without leaves increase by 19.44% and 35.18%, respectively.
