为了测试特定结构Cu(Ⅱ)配合物的抑菌活性和其他性能,以甲基丙二酸、4,4'-二氨基二苯甲烷、4,4'-二氨基二苯醚为配体制备了两种未见报道的环状双核配合物[Cu(mmal)(Dadm)(H2O)]2·4H2O和[Cu(mmal)(ODA)(H2O)]2·4H2O。通过元素分析和电子自旋共振推断配合物的组成及结构;测试了往配体溶液中加入Cu(Ⅱ)离子和其他过渡金属离子的紫外-可见光谱;对配合物的抑菌性能进行初步研究。结果表明,配体能选择性地结合Cu(Ⅱ)离子,所合成的配合物对大肠杆菌、枯草杆菌、假单孢杆菌的抑菌效果与原料试剂相当,抑菌效果不明显。
For the exploration on antimicrobial activities and other properties of compounds with specific structure,two new dinuclear cyclic compounds [Cu( mmal)( Dadm)( H2O) ]2·4H2O and [Cu( mmal)( ODA)( H2O) ]2·4H2O were prepared by using methylmalonic acid,4,4'-diaminodiphenyl methane,and 4,4'-oxydianiline as organic ligands. The composition and structure of the compounds were deduced based on elementary analysis and electron spin resonance. The UV-Vis spectra of the mixture solutions of the organic ligands with the presence of various transition metal ions,including Cu( Ⅱ) ions,were measured. The primary investigation on the antimicrobial activities of the compounds was also conducted. The results shown that the organic ligands have the ability to selectively coordinate with Cu( Ⅱ) ions. Antimicrobial activities of both compounds were basically comparable with those of reagents.
