肺动脉高压(PAH)的发病机制目前还不十分清楚,近来越来越多的研究发现经典瞬时感受器电位通道(TRPC)参与PAH的发生、发展。目前认为TRPC家族成员是构成质膜上受体操纵性钙通道和钙池操纵性钙通道的分子基础,TRPC作为主要的钙内流通道,参与多种生理及病理过程。TRPC通过多种机制影响肺动脉平滑肌细胞基础钙水平,在肺血管紧张度的调节及肺动脉平滑肌细胞增殖中发挥了重要作用。TRPC的研究为PAH发病机制的研究提供了一个新的思路。本文简要介绍TRPC与PAH的联系。
The forming mechanism of hypoxic pulmonary hypertension is still unknown at present, more and more researches revealed that canonical transient receptor potential channel(TRPCs) participate in the development of PHA. TRPCs were postulated as the pore-forming molecules through which receptor and store depletion activated Ca^2 + entries takes place. Through multiple mechanism,TRPCs, as the major calcium influx channels, play an important role in the rise in [ Ca^2+ ] i, the regulation of vascular tone and the control of pulmonary smuoth muscle cell proliferation. To study the role of TRPC in pulmonary artery hypertension(PAH) ,might be helpful to investigate the PAH. This article reviews the relationship between TRPC channels and PAH.
