为促进低碳经济的发展,以武汉市为例,将最低碳排放量与最大经济效益作为目标函数,采用灰色多目标线性规划方法,对武汉市土地利用结构进行优化研究。结果表明,武汉市土地利用结构优化后耕地面积为338 000.0 hm2,林地面积为103 100.0 hm2,草地面积为280.0 hm2,建设用地面积为185 000.0 hm2。因此在进行土地利用结构优化过程中应限制建设用地过度扩展,适度退耕还林。
In order to promote the development of low-carbon economy,the optimization of land use structure in Wuhan was studied using the gray multi-objective linear programming.Results showed that there were 338 000 hm2 cultivated land,103 100 hm2 woodland,208 hm2 grassland and 185 000 hm2 construction land after the land use structure of Wuhan was optimized according to the maximum economic efficiency and the lowest carbon emission.As a result,in the process of land use structure optimization Wuhan city should limit excessive expansion of construction land and increase woodland.
