为了解决城市生命线系统震害预测中生命线工程结构复杂、网络联系密切、范围广的问题,采用组件式GIS开发平台SuperMap Object5.0开发了城市生命线震害预测系统。该系统为生命线震害预测提供了一个数字化和可视化的平台,通过该平台以普兰店市海湾工业园区为对象,进行了地震烈度为7度、8度、9度时的生命线震害预测,为该区域防灾减灾提供了决策的依据。研究表明,将GIS技术引入到生命线震害预测中,便于数据的输入、管理、查询和分析,使生命线震害预测结果能以直观的地图形式显示出来,便于决策部门做出快速、有效的判断。
In order to solve the problem of lifeline engineering structure complexity and closely linked wide area network in urban lifeline earthquake disaster forecast, urban lifeline disaster prediction system has been developed based on SuperMap Object5.0 COMGIS platform. The system, which is used as a digital and visual platform, is applied to evaluate seismic performance of the lifeline engineering of an industrial zone of Pulandian on seismic intensity Ⅶ, Ⅷ, Ⅸ and to provide the basis for decision-making in mitigation and reduction. The research shows that input, management ,inquiry and analysis of the data are convenient, making the results directly displayed in the forms of maps, and the fast effective judgements of decision-making department by introduction of GIS technique into urban lifeline earthquake disaster prediction.
