针对以新疆大黄山矿+735工作面煤层倾角过大引起的开采难题,在分析大倾角特厚煤层的开采技术特点的基础上,结合+735工作面实际地质生产条件,进行了设备选型及“三机”配套研究,并制定出相应的支架防倒防滑安全技术措施,提出了采用走向长壁斜切分层综放采煤法及相关配套的采煤工艺。现场实践表明,综放面设备配套选型满足+735工作面地质生产条件要求,选取走向长壁斜切分层综采放顶煤法及相应的采煤工艺满足开采技术的要求,实现了大黄山矿安全高产高效开采,为大倾角特厚煤层综放开采技术提供借鉴。
In order to solve the mining problem caused by large coal seam inclination of +7 3 5 level in Xinj iang Dahuangshan mine,the mining features of large inclination in thick coal seam were analyzed,and the equipment selection and"threeGmachine"matching were researched according to the actual geological conditions.Besides,the safe measures for tilting prevention of supports were determined.Furthermore,strikeGlongwall miter slice fully mechanized caving was put forward.Field practice showed that the equipment selection satisfied geological and producG tion conditions of working face at +735 level,and the corresponding mining methods of strikeG longwall miter slice fully mechanized caving met mining requirements,achieving safe and high yield mining in Dahaugnshan Mine and providing a reference for fully mechanized caving in thick coal seam with large inclination.
