113 Agaricus campestris strains from western Sichuan plateau were used to test the genetic diversity with esterase isoenzyme. Resuits showed that 113 strains were clustered into five groups at similarity coefficient of 0.6, and indicated there was not significant correlation between strains＇ genetic distance and those origins＇ difference.
