创新驱动发展战略背景下,工业企业创新效率影响因素问题备受关注,但现有研究很大程度上忽略了产业集聚水平对工业企业创新效率产生的影响。产业集聚可以通过竞争效应、合作效应、知识溢出效应、学习效应、规模经济效应等多种机制提升工业企业创新效率,但过度集聚也可能对创新效率带来负面影响。实证研究证实,产业集聚水平与工业企业创新效率之间呈现"倒U型"关系,这为通过优化产业空间布局提升产业创新效率提供了重要思路。
Under the background of innovation - driven development strategy, the topic about influencing factors of industrial enterprises' innovation efficiency in China is highly concerned, but to a great extent the influence of industrial agglomeration on industrial enterprises' innovation efficiency is neglected. Industrial agglomeration can promote industrial enterprises' innovation efficiency through multiple mechanisms such as competition effect, cooperation effect, knowledge spillover effect, learning effect, and scale economies effect, ete, whereas excessive agglomeration can also negatively influence innovation efficiency. The empirical study of this paper finds that the relationship between industrial agglomeration level and innovation efficiency of industrial enterprises takes on a reverse - U shape, which provides important inspiration on how to improve industrial innovation efficiency through bettering the spatial distribution of industries.
