基于后轴空气悬架的货车平顺性比较研究

为了研究后轴空气悬架对货车平顺性的影响,利用ADAMS软件,基于匹配原则分别建立了后轴平衡悬架与后轴空气悬架的货车多体动力学仿真模型.开展了整车在随机路面上的平顺性仿真,对比分析了2种悬架对平顺性的影响,同时研究了车速和货物质量对后轴空气悬架货车平顺性的影响.结果表明,后轴安装空气悬架能够明显改善车辆的平顺性,减小货物的振动;同时,降低车速,减小货物质量都将有利于改善车辆的平顺性.

英文摘要:

In order to study the impact on truck ride comfort made by the rear air suspension,the multi-body dynamic models of the truck with the rear tandem suspension and the rear air suspension for simulation were built with ADAMS.The ride comfort simulation of the truck was carried out by using an uneven road file.The influence of truck ride comfort made by the two different suspension was analyzed and compared.At the same time,the influence made by the different truck′s velocity and goods′mass was carried out too.The results show that the truck that installed the rear air suspension had better ride comfort and lower goods′vibration,and it had a good effect on the truck ride comfort by reducing the truck′s velocity and the goods′mass.
