采用人工模拟气候变干、变暖的条件,在内蒙古荒漠草原研究其对土壤真菌的组成及多样性的影响。对试验样地采集的25份样品采用稀释平板法,进行统计得出土壤真菌数量为7.67×104~1.37×105cfu/g。利用18S rDNA方法鉴定主要优势真菌为曲霉属、青霉属、毛霉属、木霉属。实验结果表明气候变暖、变干均是不利于土壤优势真菌生存的,但可能会促使出现少量抗逆菌群的产生。
The total fungi number of 25 samples which collected from experimental plots were obtained about 7.67 × 10^4- 1.37 × 10^5 efu/g with dilution plate method. And the dominant fungi were identified for Aspergillus, Penieillium, Mucor P, Trichoderma by using 18S rDNA method. The results showed that under the warmer and drier climate, the survival of the soil fungi became worse, but some bacteria with emergence resistance may be appeared.
