采用多种分析工具对等离子熔积直接成形GH163高温合金零件的微观组织和相组成进行了深入研究。根据金属凝固过程的晶体生长理论,分析多层熔积试样的组织特征,成分偏析及析出相的特征。比较分析了分别采用真空精密熔模铸造法和等离子熔积制造法成形的高温合金零件的组织与成分。结果表明:等离子熔积直接成形高温合金工艺具有快速凝固特性,与真空铸造件相比,其微观组织均匀、偏析小,晶粒细小且致密,熔积层无分层、气孔、夹杂等缺陷。
A variety of analytical tools was used to analyze the microstructure and the phases of GH163 super-alloy parts directly made by plasma deposition manufacturing(PDM) herein. According to the crystal growth theory of metal solidification process,the GH163 super-alloy components fabricated and the segregation process were characterized in terms of PDM process and vacuum precision investment casting process. GH163 super-alloy parts formed by PDM possess a rapid solidification process and are of perfectly fine and dense microstructure with unique composition uniformity and minimal segregation compared with the casting process.
