高温季节浇筑仓表面和横缝侧面分布式光纤实时监测试验

在高温季节,对混凝土大坝浇筑仓进行养护是一个时空养护问题,如果养护不到位容易引起浇筑仓表面裂缝,为此,结合西南某建设中的高拱坝典型浇筑仓,在浇筑仓表面和横缝侧面布置分布式光纤,实时在线监测这些部位从收仓到新浇筑仓开仓全过程的浇筑仓养护状态.分布式光纤监测结果表明,高温季节环境气温对混凝土表面影响十分明显;浇筑仓表面进行旋转喷水养护与横缝面挂花管喷水养护均有较好的养护效果,可有效降低外界气温的影响;尽管开仓前采用喷雾和洒水养护的方式来降低仓内的温度,但新浇混凝土使下层混凝土温度降幅仍达到8.35℃.

Spatiotemporal maintenance should be taken on the pouring block of concrete dam in high temperature season.Otherwise,surface cracks would be easily formed.Therefore,combined with a certain engineering of high arch dam in Southwest China,distributed fibers are planted in the top surface and the transverse joint in order to take a real-time on-line monitoring of the maintenance conditions of concrete pouring blocks in these places from an end of pouring to a new beginning of pouring.According to the data obtained by monitoring,the environmental condition in hot season has a great influence on the surface concrete of pouring block,and the spinning sprinkle maintenance and the sprinkling water from tube hanging on the transverse joint can reduce the influence caused by environmental condition effectively,which is good for the maintenance of pouring blocks.The new pouring concrete can make the temperature of lower layer concrete decrease 8.35℃ even spray and sprinkle maintenance is taken to reduce the temperature before the new pouring.
