Clean production standards were the important parts of cleaner production. Based on the analysis on the clean production standard in textile industry （dyeing and finishing industry）, the characteristics and disadvantages were tound out, and the improvement countermeasures were put forward, beneficial to the Clean production standards playing a full role in cleaner production of dyeing and finishing industry.
