以中密度纤维板为研究对象,利用搭建的设备使用快速检测法检测其挥发性有机化合物(VOCs)释放情况,探索中密度纤维板高温快速检测机理,并对比分析快速检测法与气候箱法的检测结果。结果表明:快速检测法测得的中密度纤维板释放的总挥发性有机化合物(TVOC)及主要释放物质的释放速率呈现下降趋势,且13 d内达到平衡;两种检测方法所测得的中密度纤维板VOCs主要物质基本相同,释放量较高的都是芳香烃、烯烃和烷烃;与气候箱法相比,使用快速检测法得到的VOCs释放的种类和速率均明显增加,测得TVOC初始速率为气候箱法测定值的2.04倍;两种检测方法所得中密度纤维板VOCs释放的平衡值相差不大,快速检测法的检测效率相对于气候箱法提高了1.15倍。
We used the rapid testing method to analyze the volatile organic compounds( VOCs) emission of medium density fiberboard in the modified rapid testing equipment,investigated rapid testing mechanism of the VOCs emission from the medium density fiberboard and compared the tested data of rapid testing method and the emission test chamber method. The development of the total volatile organic compound and the main components emission rate of the medium density fiberboard by rapid testing method showed a downward trend and reached equilibrium in 13 days. Arene,alkene and alkane were the main components by two methods. Both the kinds and the emission rate of VOCs emission by rapid testing method were obviously higher than that tested by the emission test chamber method. The TVOC emission rate by rapid method was 2.04 times than that tested by chamber method. The equilibrium value of VOCs emission by the two method showed quite similar,and the tested efficiency of the rapid testing method was 1.15 times than that of the chamber method.
