为研究青岗坪煤矿综放面矿压规律及支架适应性,指导该矿综放面安全高效生产及后续支架选型,根据青岗坪煤矿42104综放面地质及开采技术条件,通过相似模拟实验及现场观测,分析了综放面覆岩垮落规律、来压强度及支架工作情况。研究结果表明:基本顶初次来压步距62m,周期来压步距27 m,来压时支架的平均载荷6 951 k N,最大载荷7 798 k N,动载系数1.36,动载系数随工作面推进呈上升趋势,来压显现强度中等。ZF6800/18/35型支架在42104工作面总体适应性良好,但支架增阻量增加显著,增阻速率大,支架普遍长时间处于增阻状态,支架初撑力整体偏低,应加强工作面初撑力管理;从支架的普遍适应性及安全性考虑,支架工作阻力应提高到8 000 k N为宜。
To study the mining pressure behaviors law and adapt ability of support of the Qinggangping coal mine fully mechanized top coal caving mining face,guiding the safe and efficient production of the fully mechanized caving face and replacement selection of follow-up support in Qinggangping coal mine,based on the mining conditions of the Qinggangping coal mine 42104 fully mechanized top coal caving mining face,Through similar material simulation experiment and the field observation means,analyzes the overburden strata falling behaviors law,strength of predict roof pressure and work of support. The results showed that,the measurement of the first weighting step was 62 m and the periodic weighting interval is 27 m.,During the roof weighting,the average support load is 6 951 k N,the maximum support load is 7 798 k N. The dynamic load coefficient is 1. 36. The dynamic load coefficient increases with the working surface and the intensity of mine pressure is medium. The ZF6800 /18 /35 type support has good adaptability in the 42104 working face,but the amount of increased resistance increased significantly and its rate is high so that the support is in a state of increasing resistance for a long time. The ZF6800 /18 /35 completed set powered supports could have a good suitability to the early stent supporting force on the low side,which should be appropriately increased. If considering the whole field universal applicability and security of support working resistance,the powered support working resistance should be controlled in 8 000 k N.
