加强农村转移劳动力职业教育与培训有利于促进劳动力的有效转移,这一研究领域引起了学术界密切关注。以2003年至2016年间农村转移劳动力职业教育与培训领域发表的645篇CSSCI期刊论文作为研究样本,采用文献计量和情报分析方法,借助于Citespace文献分析工具得出这一时期国内该领域研究的基本研究特征和知识基础,并探测出该领域研究热点及前沿主题。

英文摘要：

With the advancement of urbanization, vocational education and training of rural transference labor force has attracted much public attention. Taking 645 CSSCI journals papers of vocational education and training of rural transference labor force research as sample, this paper uses Cite space and tries analyzing knowledge information by means of bibliometric and intelligence analytical method. In order to provide guidance for the future research in this field, this paper analyzes the basic research feature and knowledge foundation of this field and digs out the research focus and fronts.
