From the quantitative and qualitative perspectives,the article established the com- prehensive evaluation index system of fast road network operation efficiency, established the comprehensive evaluation model of fast road network by utilizing the DEA method,and con- ducted the effectiveness evaluation analysis on the operation efficiency of urban fast road network.The results showed that this method has the strong operational and practical prop- erties.
