Shuping He was born in 1983. He received his B.S. degree in School of Communication and Control Engineering from Jiangnan University in 2005. He is currently working towards the Ph.D. degree in Institute of Automation in Jiangnan University and now he is a visiting doctor in School of Electrical and Electronic Engineering in the University of Manchester in U. K. His research interests include robust control, filtering and fault detection of stochastic systems.E-mail: henyhappy@yahoo.com.cn Fei Liu was born in 1965. He received the Ph.D. degree in control science and control engineering from Zhejiang University. Now he is currently a professor of Institute of Automation in Jiangnan University.
