研究考虑蓄意攻击的第四方物流弹性网络设计问题.建立一个双层的第四方物流网络设计优化模型,上层模型确定网络结构,并在一定弹性水平下最小化网络成本,下层模型则通过选择攻击策略来最大化网络的攻击效果.设计了双层优化算法,上层概率解发掘算法求解网络设计问题,下层迭代局部搜索算法求解最优的攻击策略.最后,仿真实验结果表明模型的合理性和算法的有效性.
Resilient network design of fourth party logistics with proactive attack is studied.A two-level optimization model for network design of fourth-party logistics is proposed, with the top-level model minimizing the total costs subject to the resilience constraint by determining the network topology and the down-level model maximizing the attack effect by selecting the attack strategy. A two-level optimization algorithm is developed to solve it, a probability solution discovery algorithm is used to solve the top-level model,and iterated local search is used to solve the down-level model. Finally, numerical experiments are presented and the results indicate the significance of the model as well as the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
