机械学科作为最具综合性和工程实践特征的学科，创新能力培养在其研究生教育中具有重要作用。第二课堂是创新能力培养的重要途径，对机械学科研究生创新能力提升起到了重要的推动作用。本文分析了第二课堂活动在机械学科研究生创新能力培养方面的重要作用及目前存在的主要问题，从而提出加强研究生第二课堂建设的措施，促进机械学科研究生的创新能力培养。

The innovation ability of mechanical graduate students occupies a pivotal position in Chinese higher ed- ucation system,and the second classroom helps to develop the innovation ability of mechanical graduate students.The article discusses the important role and main problems existing currently in the second classroom activities of mechanical graduate students innovation ability training.And on this basis,the article puts forward some measures about strengthen- ing the construction of the second classroom activities,which contributes to cultivate the innovation ability of mechanical graduate students.
