主要研究了Mg-2Er和Mg-6Er合金在锻造变形、室温拉力下的组织、晶粒取向,分析了不同Er含量对于合金的变形组织及织构演变的影响,并通过XRD方法测试了不同Mg-Er合金的轴比。在此基础上讨论了不同Er含量合金的c/a轴比差异及对形变的影响。结果表明:多向锻对Mg-2Er和Mg-6Er合金织构的弱化起决定性作用;在多向锻和Er元素的共同作用下,织构较弱的Mg-2Er合金的最大抗拉强度和伸长率要大于Mg-6Er合金的最大抗拉强度和伸长率。
The microstructure and grain orientation of Mg-2Er and Mg-6Er alloys under the forging deformation and room temperature tension were mainly studied. The effects of different Er contents on the microstructure and texture evolution of the alloys were analyzed. The axial ratios of different Mg-Er alloys were tested by XRD method. On the basis of this, the difference of c/a axial ratios of different Er content alloys and the influence of it on deformation were discussed. The results show that: multi-direction forging plays a decisive role in the weakening of the texture of Mg-2Er and Mg-6Er alloys; under the combined action of multi-direction forging and Er element, the maximum tensile strength and elongation of the Mg-2Er alloy with weak texture are larger than those of the Mg-6Er alloy.
