英文摘要：

This paper, selecting the relevant indicators and data of i~put and output of the high-tech industries in the different cities and provinces in China from 2006 to 2012, adopts the DEA method to carry out a compara- tive study of the efficiency of Hainan＇ s high-tech industries and the total factor productivity in the key indus- tries. The result shows that the production efficiency in Hainan＇ s high-tech industries is invalid in terms of DEA, and there exist the redundant inputs and inadequate outputs. The main reason for the low production effi- ciency of the pharmaceutical industries is that the technical efficiency of Hainan＇ s high-tech industries, with re-spect to the rapid growth in other cities and provinces, increases slightly and even shows the tendency of de- cline. It is suggested to strengthen the integration and management of resources so as to improve the production efficiency in Hainan＇ s high-tech industries.
