基于产业集群战略构建城市竞争力指标体系,运用因子分析法进行实证分析,客观比较了江苏省13个城市竞争力的差距和原因。结果表明：南京和苏州具有超强的竞争力,无锡、常州、徐州和南通具有较强的竞争力,其他7个城市具有一般的竞争力。其中,徐州城市综合竞争力排名第五位,经济、科技、设施、开放和产业集群五个竞争力方面发展不均衡,远远落后于南京和苏州。为了增强江苏省城市的竞争力,提出相关对策和建议。

英文摘要：

Based on the index system of industrial cluster strategy in construction of urban competitiveness,this paper compared objectively the gap of the urban competitiveness among 13 cities in Jiangsu Province through using the factor analysis,and analyzed the reasons.The results showed that： Nanjing and Suzhou had super competitiveness. Wuxi,Changzhou,Xuzhou and Nantong had stronger competitiveness,while the other seven cities had general competitiveness. Xuzhou urban competitiveness ranked the fifth in Jiangsu Province,but it suffered imbalance of development in economy,technology,facility,openness and industrial cluster,far behind Nanjing and Suzhou. In order to improve its urban competitiveness,this paper gave several strategies and suggestions.
