高温高压高含硫化氢天然气井越来越多,环空带压现象逐渐增多。目前国内对环空带压产生的原因、影响因素、补救措施等方面还没有进行深入研究。为此,在国内外油气田持续环空压力现状调研和统计分析的基础上,建立井口允许最大带压值计算模型,并给出相应安全状况的评价方法和评价流程。
With the development of natural gas industry, more and more HPHT and high hydrogen sulfide-bearing well have been built. About 25% of wells of the global turn up SCP more or less. An increasing number of air pressure phenomena exiting in the annulus between tubing and casing, as well as casing and technical casing, have been an important problem that impact production safety. It has been realized that SCP of the gas well in high pressure may lead to huge damage, but the reason, effect factor and measures of remediation about SCP have never been put in depth study interiorly. Therefore, a model of SCP has been built, and at the same time corresponding safety situation evaluation method and process has been provided, based on a present situation investigation and statistic analysis about SCP in field at home and abroad. Thus, it can provide basis for formulating the corresponding measures of safety management for SCP.
