针对芯片引线框架精确定位,提出一种芯片引线框架的改进型亚像素边缘提取方法。该方法利用Zernike正交矩的最小二乘椭圆拟合亚像素定位方法,对芯片引线框架进行边缘提取。通过构建的芯片自动视觉运动平台,进行相关实验。结果表明,芯片引线框架定位精度小于0.6像素,满足芯片封装应用要求。
According to the precise positioning of the chip lead frame, this paper proposes an improved sub-pixel edge extraction method, which is based on Zernike orthogonal moments of the least square ellipse fitting to detect the edge for the chip lead frame. Then,we build the platform of the chip automatic visual positioning,and has carried on the related experi ments. The experiments show that,the positioning accuracy is less than 0.6 pixel of the chip the lead frame,meeting the application requirements of the chip package.
