It is a subject worth being studied in the fields of university teaching and research to provide efficient data service for students＇ innovation practice activity based on amass electronic resources of university libraries. The paper analyzes mainly current dilemma of data service of innovation practice process, and a big data service scheme of university libraries is put forward which include three components of innovation knowledge base, anal- ysis platform development of big data and supply of personalized services. The scheme can respond the challeng- es of students＇ innovation practice activity under big data background.
