深井巷道支护成为影响安全、制约正常生产的主要因素,某些深部开采矿井的围岩没有表现出软岩的特性,顶板在冒落之前没有明显变形,表现为小变形、脆性破坏和顶板突然冒落的特性。本文根据煤矿现场复杂高应力脆性围岩巷道顶板变形、破坏实际,对其岩石试样进行了卸荷破坏三轴实验研究,研究深部复杂高应力脆性破坏围岩的变形、破坏机理及其力学特性,为深部脆性围岩巷道支护方案设计和优化提供有力支持。实验研究结果表明,在深部复杂高应力环境下,中等稳定脆性围岩巷道顶板破坏属于卸荷不平衡力引起的变形破坏,必须采用围岩—支护体之间的刚度、强度、变形相互耦合支护技术,才能有效防止巷道顶板发生剪切、错动或断裂破坏。
The problems of roadway support have been restricting the deep coal mine's safe and production.It will put up little deformation,brittle breakage and roof fall abruptly for brittle enclosing rock in some deep mines.On the basis of the situation brittle surrounding rock deformation and destroy,the rock's triaxial unloading property being researched in this paper.By the experiment results,to investigate the road way's roof deformation,destroy and mechanics characteristic,so as to provide scientific,reasonable and approving accordings for the supporting design.It concluded that the deformation and destroy of mid-stable,brittle surrounding rock are due to the unloading imbalance stress in the deep complex,large stress condition road way.The measure to control the deleterious deformation,destroy and indeed roof fall is couple the rigidity,intensity and deformation between the surrounding rock and supporter.And keep road way from cutting,sleek or parting destroy.
