采用自制的1t伺服压力机研究了载荷控制下的板料弯曲回弹和弯曲力与弯曲阶段的对应关系;基于Abaqus平台,分析不同弯曲载荷下板料几何中性层应力-应变的变化,建立了全塑弯曲力的力学计算模型。对全塑弯曲力下的理论回弹值和试验回弹值进行了对比,分析发现两者较好的吻合,表明全塑弯曲力计算公式是准确可靠的。
The bending springback was studied to find the relationship between forming load and bending stage in sheet metal forming using 1 t servo press. The calculating model for full plastic force was created using the conclusion that forming load can change the stress-strain in geometric neutral plane based on Abaqus. The calculating springback is proved to be in good agreement with the experimental ones in full plastic bending, which shows that the formula for calculating the full plastic bending is accurate and reliable.
