将苦豆籽粕按1%、2%、3%和4%4个不同浓度添加于常规饲料中,对1日龄AA肉仔鸡随机分组进行饲养试验,分别于7、14、21、28、35和42日龄时心脏采血,以流式细胞仪测定Bu-1a和K-1的动态变化结果表明,7日龄时,2%浓度的苦豆籽粕对早期肉仔鸡血液中B细胞的发育具有一定的促进作用(P<0.05)3%浓度的苦豆籽粕提高了28日龄肉仔鸡血液中单核-巨噬细胞的数量,与对照组比较差异显著(P<0.05).并且在试验阶段的后期一直保持在相当高的水平.
The bitter bean seed's dregs was added in the food and administered at 1%,2%,3% and 4% to the chicken.Use Facs CaLibur to check the variety of Bu-1a and K-1 in blood on every weekend.The results was as the follows,the 2% bitter bean seed's dregs had effect on Bu-1a during the day of 7^th,which was remarkable digher than the control.And the change of Mφ was mainly reflected on the 3% group.
