20世纪80年代以来,随着生物化学、光学、信息技术和图形处理技术等领域的进展,压力敏感涂料(PSP)技术因其操作便利、成本较低、对流场无干扰和检测范围广等优点而得到广泛应用。本文通过对PSP技术基本原理、发展状况的阐述和未来发展方向的展望,以及该技术在内外流应用的实例,在力图展现PSP技术全貌的基础上,尽可能介绍PSP技术在内外流应用中的差异、温度敏感涂料的作用、内流校正方式与过程等内容。
Since 1980' s,with the development of Biochemistry,Photophysics,Computer Information Technology and Image-processing technology,Pressure-Sensitive Paint (PSP) technique has been widely employed in many engineering fields because of its evident advantages ,such as easy to operate,lower cost, noninterference in flow field and wide range of pressure measurement. The contents of this paper including basic theory of luminescence molecules and its application to optical measurement ,development of PSP technique,applications of PSP technique both to internal and external flow fields were depicted to exhibit the perspectives of PSP technique. The details of the differences of PSP technique applied to internal and external flow fields, the role of Temperature-Sensitive Paint in PSP measurement,the methods and procedures of PSP technique application were introduced as many as possible.
