摩擦螺柱焊是一种固相连接技术,因不受压力环境影响且接头性能优异而在水下连接领域得到了迅速发展。基于摩擦焊技术特点,研究摩擦螺柱焊工艺,分析了旋转速度对摩擦螺柱焊接头力学性能的影响。分别采用不同的旋转速度进行焊接试验并对接头进行拉伸试验,研究表明,在高转速、高进给速度条件下能够获得优质的摩擦螺柱焊接头。
FFriction Stud Welding is a solid-state welding process without pressure environmental affect,which has been developing rapidly in the field of underwater connection for its excellent properties. Based on the characteristics of friction welding technology,the Friction Stud Welding process has been studied,and the influence of rotation speed on mechanical properties of Friction Stud Welding joints has been analyzed. Welding tests were carried out with different rotation speed respectively and tensile tests were done for welding joints. The results show that the high quality joints could be acquired under high rotation speed and high feed speed.
