通过不同环境温度下煤样的充分氧化实验,获得了煤氧化过程的温度变化曲线,同时对各充分氧化煤样微观结构的变化规律进行了红外光谱测试.结果表明,在一定温度下,煤经过一段时间氧化后反应停止,但在更高的温度下反应又重新开始,因此煤具有随温度变化分阶段发生氧化反应的特性.这主要是由于煤体中各种官能团活化并参与反应,需要不同的能量.一定的温度下参与反应的官能团的种类及数量是一定的,要让更多的官能团发生氧化反应,只有提高温度,给其提供更多的能量.研究从恒温环境角度探讨煤氧复合过程,该条件下煤加热过程所表现出来的温度变化规律,进一步揭示了煤氧复合作用机理.
Through adequate oxidation experiment is done on coal samples at different environmental temperature, the temperature - time curves are obtained. The change of coal micro - structure during oxidation is examined by infrared spectrometry. Therefore, the fact that coal occurs sepa- rate phase oxidation with temperature is found. It is because all kinds of functional groups in coal activated need different energy. Under certain temperature, the amount and species of functional groups oxidized are certain, which will be oxidized more only through elevating the temperature. In the paper, the process of combination between coal and oxygen is obtained through the change rules of temperature, that coal presents, after adequate oxidation under constant temperature.
