生产性服务业是新时代经济增长的创新源泉,其本质体现了制造业与服务业的融合。本文运用仁慈型的DEA交叉效率评价模型,对2004-2011年间我国生产性服务业融合质量及27个省级区域生产性服务业融合质量进行评价。研究发现：近年来我国生产性服务业融合程度不断提高,融合质量总体呈上升趋势,其中战略性新兴生产性服务业融合质量高于传统的生产性服务业融合质量;省级区域间的生产性服务业融合质量差异较大,大部分区域融合质量有待提高。

英文摘要：

Producer services is one of the new forces to promote economic growth, and it shows convergence of manufac- turing industry and service industry in the essence. Based on the illustration of convergence evolution mechanism and sta- tus in producer services, this paper applied DEA cross efficiency evaluation method to evaluate China＇s producer services convergence quality from 2004 to 2011, and to evaluate 27 provincial regional convergence quality of producer services. The result showed that China＇s producer services convergence level has been improving, and the convergence quality shows upward trend, among which strategic emerging producer service sector has higher convergence quality; there exists significant difference in regional convergence quality, and most regions of China need to improve the convergence quality.
