考察贵州某白云石矿矿石性质,以及碳化法制备优质氧化镁工艺过程的主要影响因素,并优化确定各工序的工艺条件。研究结果表明,该矿为单一的白云石矿,物料粒度和温度是影响煅烧工艺的主要因素,而消化和碳化过程则对氧化镁产品品质和回收率具有显著影响。物料磨矿至-0.074mm占60%,1000℃煅烧2小时后,在消化浓度10g/L、消化温度80℃、消化时间30min、消化搅拌速度500转/分,碳化温度15℃、碳化搅拌速度700转/分、3h的条件下,能够得到含量为96.69%的优质氧化镁产品,且氧化镁回收率达到83.22%。
The characteristic of dolomite from Guizhou and the process technology of magnesium oxide by carbonization were investigated. The results indi-cateed that the structure type of the minerals was single dolomite, the optimized preparation parameters are as followed:the grind size of 60% less than 0. 074mm,the calcination temperature 1000℃ and 2h ,the concentration of ore pulp is 10g/L,slaking temperature is 80℃ ,stir speed of slaking is 500rpm and the slaking time is 30min,the carbonation temperature and time 15℃ and 3h,stlr speed 700rpm. A production with MgO grade of 96. 69% ,MgO re-covery of 83.22% was obtained.
