在直线扫描式高精度傅里叶变换红外(FTIR)光谱仪系统的研制过程中,为了达到光谱图的质量和分辨率要求,提出了一种利用DSP芯片TMS320F28335作为控制器,直线电机运动平台带动动镜的系统设计方法。介绍了FTIR的优点以及TMS320F28335的性能特点,分析了FTIR系统的原理,详细阐述了电机控制系统的设计方案,给出了DSP、电机驱动器以及电机模块之间的硬件接口电路和软件实现方法。实验证明,该电机控制系统具有很好的稳定性和很高的运动精度,其位置运动精度能够达到0.1μm,保证动镜做稳定可靠的直线运动。
A design method using the DSP chip TMS320F28335 as controller and the linear motor motion platform to drive the moving mirror was put forward during the development of the high precision linear scanning Fourier transform infrared (FTIR) spectrometer system. The method can achieve the high quality and resolution of the spectrogram. The advantages and principle of FTIR and the features of TMS320F28335 were introduced. Meanwhile, the design scheme of the motor control system was expounded and the im- plementation method of the hardware interface circuit and software among DSP, motor, and motor driver was provided. The experiments show that the motor control system has fine stability and high precision of movement. The movement precision can be up to 0.1μm, guaranteeing the stable and reliable linear motion of the moving mirror.
