研究了一维应力波假定与应力均匀化假定对SHPB测试装置的必要性;分析了预制裂纹型试件在SHPB装置下的适用性,并分别论述了如何消除应力波弥散效应与试件惯性效应的方法;提出了动态力平衡对于验证这2个基本假定的必要性以及对于数据处理的准确性;得到了SHPB装置同样可以运用于预制裂纹型试件。
Based on the principle of the SHPB, the necessity of one dimension stress wave propagation and stress equalization hypotheses on the SHPB testing devices is investigated. And the suitability of pre-erack specimen in SHPB devices is analyzed. Then, how to eliminate diffusion effect on the dispersion effect of stress wave and inertial effect of the specimen are discussed respectively. It is put forward that the dynamic force balance is essential for the necessity of the two basic hypotheses and the accuracy of data processing. In the conclusion,the SHPB devices can also be used in pre-crack specimen.
