In an information flow-centered era, open collaboration and cross-border integration became an ecosystem approach of the ＂Internet ＋ ＂. It is particularly important to create multi-body, multi-angle, and multi-level cooperation service system for capacity improvement of digital resource service of university library. Based on the principle of synergy theory, this paper constructs an integrated collaborative system of digital resource multi-dimensional services of university library. By analyzing collaborative subsystems of body, elements, methods and process, it constructs an integration collaborative service mechanism of the digital resources services capacity evaluation system and standards.
