压力试验机控制系统存在被控对象不确定性、非线性以及系统易受负载变化的影响;在结合PID控制器较完善的理论,引入变论域的思想,给出一种全新的变论域模糊PID控制算法,解决了模糊算法控制死区和PID参数不易调整的问题;最后对试验台非线性系统进行了MATLAB/Simulink6.0仿真分析,与传统的控制算法相比:提高了控制精度,改善了系统的动态性能,增强了对不确定因素的适应性,因而能更好的满足工况需求。
The control system of pressure testing machine is uncertainty, nonlinear and it is vulnerable to the impact of load change. The new variable universe fuzzy PID control algorithm is introduced to solve the problem of the fuzzy controlling dead zone and the PID control algorithm is not easy to adjust the parameters, which is based on the perfect theory of PID controller. Compared with the traditional control algorithms, the results of test--bed non--linear system simulation based on MATLAB/Simulink6.0 show that the new control algorithms with strong adaptability and improve the control precision and the dynamic performance. It also enhances the adaptability to the uncertainties, and it' s more able to meet the needs of working condition.
