人工血管由于临床植入后与人体血液直接接触,所以要求具有良好的血液相容性。基于探讨以家蚕丝素蛋白为材料制备人工血管的安全性的目的,进行再生丝素蛋白膜血液相容性的体外试验。结果表明:丝素蛋白膜的溶血率、血小板粘附率、血小板聚集活化能力均显著低于临床上使用的涤纶和聚四氟乙烯人工血管材料;由复钙时间表征的内源性抗凝血性能与涤纶相近,但低于聚四氟乙烯。试验结果提示:丝素蛋白膜属于无溶血性及抗血栓能力较强的组织工程生物材料。
Artificial blood vessels are required to have good blood compatibility since they will be in direct contact with human blood after transplantation. The blood compatibility of regenerated silk fibroin materials was investigated in vitro for its application in artificial blood vessels. Results showed that the hemolysis ratio,platelet adhesion ratio,and platelet activity of silk fibroin materials were significantly lower than dacron and polytetrafluoroethylene which are in current clinic use. The plasma recalcification time of silk fibroin films was similar to dacron,while slower than that of polytetrafluoroethylene. These results indicate that silk fibroin film is a non-hemolytic material that possesses high anti-thrombosis ability.
